Eligibility for Exchange
   – You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for an exchange.
   – Items must be in their original condition.
   – Custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for return/exchange.

Return Process

   – Provide your order number, reason for return, and any additional relevant information.

Return Shipping
   – You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges
   – If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as outlined above and place a new order for the replacement item. Eligible exchanges cannot be processed until a new order has been made.
